NATION’S FOSTER CARE
Chiricahua Native Care was successful in preventing two cases of tribal members kids from going into the county system (Child Protective Services).
The Nation’s Foster Care has obtained a 30 foot mobile office and is in the process of being completely wrapped with advertisements for the nation’s PowWow, which will be held in Pasadena, CA in November. We also obtained a 1997 Honda EX as a donation which will be used as a loaner car for women and kids in need.
THE NATION’S FOOD BANK
The chief is working with Allen, the CEO and founder of God Provides Native Food Bank, in facilitating the food baskets that go out to the families that need the service. Chief Runningwolf has also secured an 18 foot truck which was badly needed by the food bank.
HAWKEYE TRUCKING – The nation’s trucking company.
Hawkeye Trucking is in the process of acquiring certifications with CAL TRANS as a DBE certification. Also, Cal Trans will facilitate the move of the nation’s food bank from El Monte to Pamona, California. The brokerage accounts associated with Hawkeye Trucking, you-ship.com and ITEX.com are the nation’s brokerage accounts for shipping and this will place Hawkeye Trucking on the map.
HUBZONE FOOTPRINT
Chief Carlos Runningwolf is in negotiations with the City of San Diego to obtain 130 used mobile homes for the nation’s foster care program. In this transaction, the nation is using it’s Clean Carbon Credits in exchange for San Diego’s Dirty Carbon Credits, and will have a net zero exchange rate to the City of San Diego and will cost the public of San Diego nothing. The sum of the Clean Carbon Credits exchange rates are in the sum of $13 million. Wish us luck!
